What To Expect
In order to assess your dental needs and develop an appropriate treatment plan, we will perform a complete dental and radiographic evaluation. Radiographs are needed to evaluate the surrounding bone and root health of your teeth, as well as to assess the areas between the teeth that are not visible to the eye. We now use digital x-rays that limit the amount of radiation exposure.
After discussing our findings and your own desires for your dental health we will develop a plan of treatment and give you an estimate of costs.
If you have been seen regularly and have current radiographs from another office, we will be happy to evaluate them. However, if they are outdated or your dentition has changed we will need to take new radiographs.
Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We are happy to give you an estimate, but actual fees may differ if treatment is changed. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard and VISA. We also offer CareCredit, which is a healthcare credit card. Contact us for an application or click here for more information.
We are able to file your insurance for you, although any balance unpaid by the insurance company is the responsibility of the patient. Please bring your insurance card to your appointment so that we may verify your coverage. We do not accept Medicaid or North Carolina HealthChoice. Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer and your insurance company.
